We payed for our domain name, yet it still not valid?

Hello.

About two days ago we recived this message "this domain is waiting for renewal or deletion", we got our founder online and he renewed the domain for us. The forum is www.duelacademy.net without the domain it's www.duelacademy.forum0.net

For myself, It's working fine, but for the other members they cannot access the forum using www.duelacademy.net

I'd like to know where did we go wrong, we paid for our domain, and yet we're still getting this? Our Founder also said that in the AP it's saying "Renewal process is in progress" he stated this has never happened before, it usually takes literally seconds to get it done.

We've been with forumotion for nearly 6 years now, we expect this to be solved in our favor.

So, just to be clear: while we're waiting until Monday, no one else could take out domain from us? Because I'm living with the fear that someone else will create a forum with "duelacademy" and then purchase ".net", is that possible? or does the domain only belongs to us?

Also, Today is Monday, you mean today, or next Monday?
