forum connection takes too long

First topic message reminder :

hi, i've been using forumotion forums for more than years now and i have two forums that are running online right now. one of them, which has the link in my profile, i and my members can't connect easly. when you try to open the page - it takes about a minute or even more, and once you are logged in it gets faster until you leave it for a couple of moments without refreshing the page. if you don't do anything, it gets slow again.
i thougt it could be because of the link, so i changed it. when i did it, it was all good for almost a day. but right now the same thing keeps happening. and i feel really annoyed by it, i think my problem is kinda similar to the one that had been sumbitted by hub77 lately. but i can't use mozilla either, yet - when i open the site from a mobile device, i don't have any problems. 
btw, i'm from turkey - if that causes the problem, there are many other forums like my other one, they have no "slow forum" issues.

We also have the same problem since yesterday evening.
First it was Photobucket, but now it is 'hanging' on illiweb and 1 member can't come at the forum at all (also hanging on
illiweb but worse, she can't do anything at all).

Edit: except for waiting on Photobucket, but I don't think this is a problem of the forum?

The problem with Photobucket is not a problem we can fix the best way around this is to host the pic's on Serving or some one else you will also find that any photo's or icons hosted on tinypic.com will also have the same problem as this is hosted now by photobucket servers.

or you can report your problem to photobucketthem self
