    Hi, I've got an external domain for my forum. Only problem is, that people can't access forum without www.

    www.faval.eu - works
    faval.eu - doesn't work

    when you ordered the domain. did you manually add www. as a part of your new domain?

    Send a newsletter informing your members that they have to use www to open your forum.

    The problem is if you get the name from some one else and not from FM then there is not a lot we can do about it.

    I contacted them, answer (translated to English) I got was:
    Ask FM if it is possible to connect domain with A-record or NS-record to their server.

    FM only accept CNAME records.

    You must ask where you bought the domain to get yourdomain.com redirect to www.yourdomain.com
    And then a CNAME entry for www.yourdomain.com --> basicurlwithouthttp.forumotion.com

    Guys coming from yourdomain.com would be redirected to www.yourdomain.com then brought to your forum.
