Detailed Description: I would like a black background with slightly noticeable white lines through the black, while a green lightning streaked from the edges of the screen towards the center. I want the lightning to come from every which angle and to curve and twist, like actual lightning would. Thank you for your time!

You want the lightnings to be bright or you want it to have a little bit of low opacity so it wont "blind" you?
Something like this for example:

I like what you did there, and I do want the lightning to be a little bit brighter, but that can be done by giving the lightning a bit of a white outline.

Sorry for the delay, i will be sending you your image sometime tomorrow! Had really bad internet today so i couldn't fix the problem cause i accidentally deleted the image. Be sure you will have it sometime tomorrow! Sorry again!

No problem! I completely understand terrible internet.

Today, I was typing up some code and my computer suddenly turned into a toaster and DC'd me from everything I was doing. Had to redo it.

Although the Kirbs image wasn't what I was looking for when I made this request, it helps me out a lot that he did submit it. I thank you, Kirbs, as you have given me a background image for my Forum.

When I made this request, I meant a back-ground image that I would use as a base image for the FORUMS of my forum.

I meant for this back-ground image to be a base Image I would use and edit and place it as my images on my forums. Which is why I requested it to be so small.
