Lost Founder Account (Sort Of)

Hello, I am the owner of http://www.eherouniverisity.com/ and i have a problem. This will take a very long explanation to get you all on the correct state of mind but i promise it is necessary. Okay so first my forum history is that it was originally formed by a different person who then gave it to another guy. This other guy had it for a bit then if memory serves me right in march of last year he gave it to me. The original domain name was heroduelacademy.forumotion.in. I let the guy who gave it to me back in with a friend to help me promote the page. His condition were that I let his friend, not him, have the founder account or they would not help. This was a few months ago. Now i still have not received any help and want my account back and neither will give it to me. Clearly it is a custom domain name and i can verify the information under that domain since i purchased it while still in control of the founder account. 

I would just use the utilities to reset the password but i do not know the founding password as the original owner is long gone. I just want my site back but cannot do it by myself. Can anybody be of assistance in resetting this.

To all members:  Be very careful who you gave the founder account information to.  I would never gave the information out to anyone, except if it is needed to solve an issue by Forumotion.

Yes if that is what is needed. I am pretty sure that is the only way to obtain the founder account back. If there is another, other than persuade the current user, then please by all means tell me/

I can't do those because i do not have the founding email nor password. Like i stated before the original owner would have known it but he is long gone by more than a year and a half. I wish it could be done by proving the domain info. Is there a way to do that since it would prove i had the founder account because only forum owners can use the custom domain option/Spend Credits.
