    Solved Allow post making but not Topic Making?

    Hi guys, I was wondering.... is there a way so I can make it so like Developers etc Can make a topic but Members Can post but not Make a Topic?  I mean.... On your forums you can do that, but can you tell me how I can do that to a specific Forum pls?

    Go to ACP -> Forum -> Categories and forums -> (Forum you want to have special permissions) -> Perms -> Advanced Mode (link at the bottom) -> Scroll down to Open a topic (3rd column on the 2nd row) -> Uncheck members
