Images missing in Temporary Theme editor

I'm currently trying to create a Temporary Theme. When I went to the Images tab, I noticed that certain images that are listed in the normal 'pics management' (under 'Pictures and Colors' in the menu), are not present in the Temporary Theme images list. I would like to change the 'Header background image' and the 'Table's background image' in my Temporary Theme, but they aren't there. Here are two screenshots:

The 'Log out' image is the last one in row here, so there are several images missing in this list. Header and Table's background images are not present here, so my question is: how can I change them if they are not there?

Are the two themes for the same version (punBB, phpBB2, phpBB3, or Invision)?  Each version have different things in the Pics Management section.

Yes, both are phpBB3.
