bann reasons for killing website: NOTICE : stop doing this way

The possible deletion reasons are as following :

• Violent or repulsive content
  
• Hateful or abusive content
  
• Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
  
• Sexual and/or pornographic content
  
• Harmful and dangerous acts
  
• Copyright infringment
  
• Spam
  
• Phishing and/ or malware website
  
• Credit card fraud
  
• Hacking
  

...................when you give these listing of reasons for killing a website you feed persons much needed slander to post about a person ...like me
in the past i have complained about this ...no response
would a LAWSUIT be in order to stop doing this ?
YOU ARE TELLING THE WORLD I AM SO MANY THINGS,AND THIS HOST PROVIDER IS SUPPOSED TO BE OF SUCH HIGH STANDARDS

No.  It says on that page that possible reasons are listed below.  It does not exactly say what your forum violated.  If someone post about it, then you need to contact them about it.

and that alone is enough to spread rumors , that does not give you the justification for this

Also OnlineGuardian is a third party that does this.

Well from the looks of things, someone must have reported your forum for copyright infringement and our litigation team has found copyrighted content and decided to ban your forum.

I believe we can not change how OnlineGuardian does this.

YEAH SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY ABUSE MY NAME ,AND I COMPLAIN AND SPEAK OF IT ,NOW I AM SHUT DOWN AND THEY WIN
and they can say i do credit card fraud ..cause why not you gave them the possibility among other things
