Go to Display > Templates > General > viewtopic_body

Find and remove :

 <!-- END first_post_br -->

Find :

Code:

</div>
 <!-- END displayed -->
 <!-- END postrow -->
 </div>

Replace by :

 </div>
 <hr id="first-post-br" />
 <div class="main-content topic">
 <!-- END first_post_br -->
 <!-- END displayed -->
 <!-- END postrow -->
 </div>

Save and publish.

Hahaha, as usual it works!
Now about this, can i simply delete that line and add some affiliates there or it will make it a mess?

Simply replace this :

Code:

<hr id="first-post-br" />

By the content you want to display.
