    HI, sorry I am feeling incredibly stupid.I want to upload a photo to the homepage of my forum. I have done it before but can't for the life of me find out how to do it again.

    My url is surrogacyforummexico.forumotion.com - all I want is a nice rectangular photo pic across the top -is this called a banner?

    also is there anyway to get rid of that horrible download button?

    I presume you're talking about the forum's logo?

    Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and Colors > Pics Management > Advanced Mode > Forum main logo.
