I thought a pip was the pictures used for the ranking system that appears by your name depending how many post you have made.

Could I have it the same size as what is being used on my website at the moment. I dont want names on there. I would just like something better than the stars like medals, granades, bullets or even military stars. I would prefer bullets or medals please. Could I have it to match my wesite please.
