Administration Panel => General => Rules and FAQ => Additional Rules

I mean to edit my register pop-up menu box . Show (or) Hide register menu box. Thanks for your answer

Oh, go to Administration Panel => General => Forum => Configuration => Scroll down to the "Log In Popup"
