Permanently delete forum skin?

Hello guys, I'm sorry but I have no idea where to put this theme. Here's the deal - I created a skin/theme for one forum (pictures, codes (including pimped templates  ) and color scheme) but the main admin of the forum started to abuse her power, she copied the details of my skin and used MY codes in her other forum with absolutely no permission and I got really mad so I asked her nicely to remove my skin and use any other skin from Hitskin or create her own. She didn't agree. Since I had access to admin panel - I don't have it anymore - I removed the pictures, html codes and changed color scheme, but immediately after this the main admin restored the theme. I have no tolerance for this awful behavior, is there anything anyone can do about this? Is there any way my skin can be removed with no option to restore it?

I reported the mentioned forum and I also contacted imgur - the site where images (logo, background and etc) were hosted - regarding deletion of images. I'm not sure if they will respond, though. I am simply stunned by such awful behavior of the main admin... I don't want my artwork to be used like this, what else can I do?..

However it might be hard for you to prove that those are your images/coding.

Well, I still have psd file of logo saved on my computer, could this be a solid proof? It will be much harder with the coding though...

The images will need to have some kind of documentation showing that they are copyrighted.
