Forum not keeping user settings.

When updating profiles some users are not able to save settings.   My ado keeps going back to the welcome page about 3/4 of the time. Reset the forum and checked the profile fields to make sure the can make Changes.  Please check my forum

Edit: This seems to only happen with Chrome. I have not had issues with other sites and my browser hasn't been changed. Have you guys made recent server side updates?

No error messages.

Is your browser up to date?  There are known issues with Chrome which we can not fix, because it has to be fixed by Chrome.

Running latest browser. One of my mods made a moderation action and the action was reversed without warning. (A locked topic came unlocked). And a post he made didn't save. When working in the Admin control panel, hitting save often sends me back to the first tab without saving.
