If you are searching for quality staff members, try adding some more information to your original message and explain more about the project to give people more information on what they will be helping with and see if they have time time & knowledge to be able to lend a hand. Just a small suggestion.

When looking for staff, a good idea would be to create a Promotion Thread and ask for staff there.
