Hello smurfavr,
You can try fixing this by doing the following steps.
Go to ACP --> Click the Modules Tab --> Scroll Down to "Points and reputation" --> Click "Reputation" --> Click "Reputation Management" tab inside of Reputation --> Change all Negative Vote to "-1" --> Click Save.
This should solve the issue you are having, if it doesn't please let me know so I can further investigate this. Hope this solves your issue!
