Private PM's Appearing in Visitor Messages

Hi
I have had a report tonight from a member who was checking a Moderator's Profile & found her PM's were showing up in there...I have never noticed this before so is there a problem?  I think this is a serious issue...for now I have deactivated Visitor Messages from Profiles but I am worried in case I haven't covered everything!  All our private messages between Mod & Admin were on full display for everyone to read?

I'm sorry I can't give you a screenshot...I have disabled "Visitor Messengers" in Profile as it is showing pm's from myself to Moderators regarding problems with some members, I do not want to put it back as there are people reading the forum as we speak!

Well, members can send pm's to their visitor walls.  Did you ask the moderator if he/she did this?

Really?  I have no idea how to do that & just checked & can't work it out either so that is not how it happened because my pm's were also displayed?!

In private messages under the Savebox, is an option to send saved messages to your profile. As far as I know this is the only option which sends PMs to your VMs. By any chance, is your Savebox full ?

OMG...yes I did that the other day & then couldn't work out where to find them...obviously they must have gone to those I had pm'd...Oh my how dangerous is that!  Thank you so much for solving & is there a way I can delete them now...yes my save box was full!

On your wall, there should be two options for each message :
1. ) Hide the message
* Sends the message to your savebox

2. ) Delete the message
* Deletes the message from your wall; isn't saved
