smileys getting black background

Hi, I have some strange issues with some smileys.....I load up some smileys and the file was to  big so I reload them true TinyPic to make them smaller....now the file size is ok but the strange thing is that the background of the smileys are changing in black when they appear on the forum.

When you uploaded them to tinypic was there a background?  It could be that tinypic added a background.

tiny pic changed you image from .png to .jpg if you look at the share links try uploading it somewhere else i have also had problems uploading .png files to tiny pic

No the background is transparent...if I use the file directly on the forum there is no background the way how it should be....only if I add it at the smiley display so that member can have them for use.....then its turns black on the background.

Get the smiley on yor computer then upload it in the administration panel.

Yes I did that from the beginning..... I only used Tiny Pic for making the link smaller. Without that it will not upload it,s saying that the upload file is to large.

i upload to photobucket i have never had a problem with it ..try it and tell me how it goes

okay this is down to the size of the img it's self when the file size is to big our system will change the file you have to make the Smiley smaller  the file is way to big for our system to carry

Its cutting off the sides from the Smiley with photobucket

The background is not black this time...but have other strange things.

Looks like i have to find smaller size smileys.
