Can't see new topic section and some other parts of my forum

I have posted this problem a few months ago and somehow it got solved by importing a new theme. Now however this doesn't fix the problem. Anybody an idea how to fix this? Screenshots and more explenation are in my old post.

have you tried from a different internet connection .. library,friends internet whatever

Yes with the neighbours their internet

what all machines have you use to try and access your forum? and what version os are they running... eaxmple: windows 7, vista, android,windows phone

I have tried on tablet an phone as well which has the same issue. I also contacted my other admins and they seem to be having the same problems as well.

I am using windows 8 and my other admin is using Apple IOS

if you haven't done to much editing to your template look just switch version and see if that helps

I have edited a lot sadly. But i noticed my other admin tried some stuff with java coding and by deleting that it somehow got fixed. I guess his code was bad xD Thanks for the help though!
