Admin and other contact details up top

Another query, just above the categories, somewhere between the Navbar and the top of the forum, I want to write my admin contact details, such as my phone number and my email. Somewhere, centred, in the space above where it says 'Your last visit was on....' would be great.

You can add a message on the homepage here :
Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Generalities

There you can type your homepage message. When finished, remember to save.
