    I've read this document: https://help.forumotion.com/t96461-how-to-use-the-gallery
    but still do see how/where to  upload images?

    Have activated it and set its permissions?

    I believe there should be a option in your members' profiles.  Check to see if there is an image for the upload button.

    AP > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management
    Advanced Mode
    Gallery Tab

    When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
    Never post your email in public.

    Thank you SLGray for your help.

    Let me explain what I would like to accomplish. Would like to upload images for forum use,  banners and photo of the month, etc.

    For example: I need an area to upload sponsor banners so I can place them here: AP > Modules > Portals Page List > Sponsorship

    How do I do this?

    Have you read the following section?

    How to use the gallery wrote:Personal Albums

    Each member can have a personal album.
    The different options :

    - Personal album can be moderated by owner : if enabled, then members are able to moderate their own albums.- Personal albums pics must be approved by an administrator or by a moderator : if activated, the photos of the personal albums must be approved by an administrator or moderator before appearing.


    The permissions :

    - Who can view the personal albums- Which groups are moderators of the personal albums- Who can create a personal album


    Note : in the free version, the permissions don't work, the admins have all the rights.

    I believe we are misunderstanding each other.  Could you explain in more detail?

    You can use the attachment feature to upload images.  Members can then download the images.  The only thing about this is there is a limited storage space, unless you use credits to buy more storage space.

    Can I upload images to the Gallery from inside the AP area? If so, how?

    Also there is a limit on the storage space for the gallery.

    I believe there is not a way in the administration panel. 

    You can upload avatars and smileys.
