FORUM Got Deleted

First topic message reminder :

Just today it has come to my attention that the forum I longed supported was gone.. 

Is this due to the tons of copyright infringement mails I receive where no actions were made?

need reply asap.. where should I go? I can't leave those users hanging. I need the forum back por favor.. thanks

It's a bit worrying that a forum can just be banned...isn't there any warning from forumotion to sort things out first?

I would be horrified if my forum were to be banned without warning after all the years of work I've put into it.

If it is a minor violations, Forumotion will place a warning on the homepage of the administration panel, but a major violations would cause immediate banning of a forum.

What are major violations?
   Isnt that little harsh "immediate banning of the forum", if someone do something,some member
   of the forum,administration are not gonna have time even to fix the problem,to fix that
   major violation?

Major Violations:  pornography, child pornography, illegal activity, etc.

OK, that's fair enough...but sometimes spammers register and log on at night and make posts....so if someone wanted to bring down your forum all they would have to do is post something like that and then report it to you guys and then you'd just delete the whole forum without warning?

I think the litigation team sees if you added a section for those stuff. If a member posts in a legal category/forum (ex. Coding Support Help), your forum wouldn't be deleted.

It would be ban immediately if the whole forum contains violations.  If there was only one pornographic image for an example, you would get a warning to remove it before a certain date.
