Olease, help.. I losted password of mine forum, I don't remember the first passwird and also I don't know where is The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security, If I can not connect to the forum, how can I connect to the admin panel?

You can login to the utilities if you remember your founder password : https://www.forumotion.com/utils

At the very bottom you can choose to deactivate 'Disallow to send a new password to administrators and moderators'


If you can't access the utilities, check case 3 in the topic I posted above.

I'd suggest doing what Ange said. However if this fails then please do the following:

1) send a private message with the following information:

Code:

Case Number 3
[b]- The URL of your forum:[/b]
[b]- The email of foundation:[/b]

(email you used to create the forum) and I'll be able to send you a new password.

I changed e mail from foundation, the first one is not in the function any more,is that a problem?

I also dont remember the first pasword of mine forum.... In fact, I think that I did not change it at all...

Send the information to me.  List all possible emails you could have used.
