Buttons

So I've been around a couple forums and I noticed that they all have really cool buttons.



My button for my forum is pretty basic, not really special. I was just wondering how I can make a button like those above to attract new visitors. (My only knowledge of code is basic HTML.)

So you want to add banners/logos of other forums to the bottom of your forum?
