Email Notifications Missing / Delayed

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this.  There's been a problem with email notifications, since the Datacenter change.  It did seem to be fixed for just a day or so, but it hasn't worked for some time again.  Mostly we're getting no notifications right now, however once in awhile one appears a few days after it should have.
