    In progress New post notification

    Post by Robin1966 October 28th 2014, 12:16 pm

Okay, on my forum I have an image coloured blue which should appear whenever there is a new post on the forum. However, I have noticed that there have been a couple of new posts on the forum where the blue image hasn't appeared, and as a result some members have missed them.

Is there anything that can be done to rectify this please?

    Cheers

No code, a blue shield in key in pics management - advanced mode - icons for the forum - Forum-New:

Have you pressed the "Mark forum as read" button before those posts?

There is no button just a text at the bottom of the topics.

It sounds like a bug What i would ask you to do is to refresh your forum by Doing the following

    ACP >> General tab >>
Ā New post notification ConfigurationĀ Forum >> Configuration >> Right to the bottom of the page to
Resynchronize your forumĀ : tick the box and click save then clear your browser cache
