  I was trying to find,in css, where I can change size of subforum links on the index page,but I cant find it,
  there is no such thing,and I cant change it,so If someone can give me some code that I can place myself
  in the stylesheet I would be so hapy.My forum is bb2.

Try adding this to your stylesheet :
Administration Panel > Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet

Code:

.row1.over h3.hierarchy + .genmed + .gensmall a { font-size:12px; }
