Request for buttons (Done)

Helllo.
I was wondering if any one could make this buttons i posted bellow a bit more "glossy"? (<--- is this the right word?)
And if you could resize them so that they would be that smal as that yellov and white?
Oh and if you can make that blue circle a bit more dark blue?
