I am trying to export my skin from ACP but the download is failing http://prntscr.com/5252e3 I have tried many times tonight but it fails. Furthermore the skin download seems to have slowdowns.

My forum version is PunBB and my browser is Mozilla Firefox v33.0.2. Also I have cleared my browser's cache and cookies.

Have you chosen wholestyle and waited on the page until prompted to save the file ? It usually takes a bit of time depending on the complexity of the theme.

Do you have another forum to test this, to see if you encounter the same issue ?

Yes I am selecting the whole style and I am prompting where to save my download, I am selecting the location and I am pressing the button ok, the download starts and then it fails as you can see here http://prntscr.com/52jzn4 . I have test it with mozilla firefox and google chrome which are updated. Furthermore two friends which having forums on forumgreek.com domain told me that they are facing the same issue with their forums with skin export procedure.

I think the problem is global at least in forumgreek.com domain.

I've reported the problem to the pro-admin. For the moment I'm going to test the export on my test forum.

Today I tried to export my skin from my iPad with Safari browser but the theme file has zero size. I think the skin export procedure is still failing.

This is an update from our pro admin on the matter

The administrator schould try again - maybe with another browser. It can take some time, he has to be patient.

I try it now with mozilla firefox and the download fails http://prntscr.com/53pzlh the I try to download it with Google Chrome but it seems to complete the download and its working, but I am working the mozilla firefox. Is there a way to fix it?

Do you have any plugins for firefox that could be interfering with the download process ?

You can also try resetting firefox to its default state to see if that solves the problem.

I have been reset the firefox and all of the plugins removed and the browser's reset was successful on my pc, as Ange wrote up but the problem is still remaining, I tried again to download my theme from my Ipad with safari browser but the downloaded file has again zero size and the downloaded file from google chrome is 17kb. As I watched there is a long delay on mozilla firefox when the download begins and then it is failing. The download failures located in pc(windows 8.1) with firefox and on ipad(ios 8.1) with safari browser.


Update:
I 've just update now Mozilla Firefox to v33.0.3 but the problem is still remaining http://prntscr.com/53vqt9 when I am pressing this button http://prntscr.com/53vr5t the theme is downloading but something is going wrong with download file size http://prntscr.com/53vrap

As I watched today the server has long delays to send the file. After the window "save as" and selecting the location to save the file and pressing the button save. It seems the download begins but the download delays too much and interrupted. Is there a way to check it? Is it a firefox bug? How can I contact to the firefox?
