Slow "Create new topic"

Hello!
I don`t know what`s going on, but when I press the button "Create New Topic", something is going on and I see 2 minutes just main logo and nav bar... the rest of that what I have to see, just load 2 minutes. THEN - everything for "Post a New Topic" comes and now I just write you.

Here in the forum of the forums is the same problem... I don`t know, my friends said that she has this problem too... 
Is there something issue in your system or...? 

When I write everything, I just have to wait 2 minutes again for posting...

Why is that?

Do you see in the bottom left corner a message that says something like this "waiting illiweb.com?"

I also have this problem. I found a temporary solution.

When you create a new topic, post a reply, or edit, let the page load for about 5 seconds, then press the 'Stop loading page' button. Then, you can do what you need to do.

Everything`s fine already. Thanks all. I hope so that never comes again.
