Forgotten Founder Password

I created a new password last night as my old one was too simple. I can remember roughly what the password was, but can't login so I must not remember it correctly.

Please help with this problem, it says something about disallow admin email selected in security.

Thanks for the help - I followed the second option as in changing the admin from the utilities.
