    I just bought a Dell Inspiron 3647, running windows 7 Home Edition SP1. It has 4GB of RAM. 
    I installed Paint Shop Pro 9 on it.
    When I try to open an image, I get an error message that says:
    "There was a problem sending command to the program."
    Does anyone have any idea why I would get this error message?
    Any help appreciated!
