Changing username option not working

After a member requested a change of username, i just noticed that members can't change their user names on my forum anymore, i have the option set to 'Allow users to change their username'  




But when you go into your profile, it has no option to change username, just your password.

There is no input area for the member to modify their username ?

In your screenshot, it looks like there is a area to change the username.

Hi Ange ... i'm fairly sure there use to be an extra confirm your password box to change your username,  i think it's disappeared since Forumotion did the last server upgrade.

I believe there was not.  That modify button is for passwords.

Correct, but there is no option to change your username.

All you have to do is erase the username in the box and enter the new username, then press the save button.

I must be losing the plot   , that worked, thank you SL.Gray ... But i'm sure we had to put in a password to confirm it in previous times..

I believe you are thinking about another forum provider, not Forumotion.
