Go to Administration Panel -> General -> Forum promotion -> Search engines and change it there.

Hi Ramy,
To get to your Administration Panel, scroll all the way down on your forum, there is text in the center which says "Administration Panel." Click it, then click General => Forum promotion => Search engines.
There is a field called "Site title", and in that text box you can change your forum's title.
