Embedding Code from Google+ Page

I have a Google+ Page that is part of my forum now and it is requesting or giving me this code to embed in my forum some where. I do not know how to do this can someone help me please here is the code and information from Google.

Direct linking: You can directly link your website by inserting a small snippet of code on your website and then listing that website as a Google+ page's primary link in the About section of the profile.

Thanks very much I will look this over but not sure it is what I am looking for, I already have my Meta tag set up this is something else for Google+ Page But I will look it over thanks.

Try adding it to your footer. Go to your Administration Panel => Modules => Footer links => Configuration

Im sure its the same thing you have to add the codes the same way if not i will make a request for help from Buttercup for you

Sorry guys did not work I tried all suggestions I am sure it is me just simple missing something help please.

All I did was add the code to an announcement on my forum.
