How do I delete wrong add in forumotion.eu

HEllo,

Do you know how I can delete what someone have post about my name The post is in this forum http://yyrnik.forumotion.eu

There they have used my name, there is no other information to proof my identity. This is not correct. I have also written to forum support, to remove this add, first letter they even don't answer and then I've sent second letter and  the answer was not helpful and was very arrogant and my name is still there.


Please help me.
