She's not the only one with this problem. I'm one of the moderators, and one of the few active staff members of the site, and I'm seeing that its deleted as well. I'm worried about this because many people that are on this site spent money to better it, and I am one of those people, and i cannot get it back. Please help us figure out what has happened!!

    Hello Kalliope,

It could be that the founder has deleted the forum. Checking over it, it was deleted on 11/29/14, the last connection of the founder was on 11/29/14 at 01:05. If the forum is to come back, the founder would need to recover it via the outils : https://www.forumotion.com/utils

Only the person who created the forum or the person who has the founder account can restore a deleted forum.

Thank you, Well we manage to get the forum was back up by contacting some founders, but it was deleted again, its seems like founders aren't the ones trying to do it. (Not sure, still trying to figure out who done it)

Is there anything forumotion can do?

There is only one founder.  Are you talking with that person?

Actually, it is a group who shares ownership, so they are called the founders. It's a democratic thing they have set up. Someone left the site but one of the founders decided to give them access for GFX reasons, but that founder is gone for a while. The IP address sent to one of the other founders said that it was a member whose named was "Gray" on the site. But other things were apparently done by the said member who was given access but had left the site, since it was within his ability. Coding was changed, all the staff were removed and the group who call themselves the "founders" did not discuss this and were not trying to do this. It has never been stated who actually used their email to create the site, but all we know is that they share the power democratically.

EDIT: Also, I was an admin on the site as well.

Only the founder can delete the forum, so someone used the founder account to log in and delete the forum,

We know that, can we get any answer other than the obvious? Is there any way you can help?

Well, if he obtained founder status from the previous founder, there is nothing we can do about his actions. I'm sorry.

The issue is this wasn't planned amongst the founders and as I said, there is no one founder. They decided to share the power democratically, they did not pass it down, they are the current owners. We already found out it was one of the founders, but it was not agreed upon. It seems pointless to continue this topic as you are only telling us the obvious.

Whoever used the founder account can do whatever they want with the forum.  It is not a good idea to share the founder account.

It wasn't one person deciding to share it, they were a branch from another site and made a lot of decisions together. There wasn't a specified leader.

SLGray is correct, and there is nothing other than the obvious to state.

Technically, there is only 1 forum founder. Of course, you may consider a group all founders, but there is only 1 real founder account, and we cannot do anything about their actions lest they breach the Terms of Service.

That's the account, but they share it. It is not the person that acts as the founder, the technicality only refers to the account. So if this wasn't planned by the founders I am in contact with, it cannot be reversed?

Only the person who has access to the founder account can restore the forum.  They could restore it and then change the founder account information.
