New posts not displaying

Hello

I have some members who when using the view the posts, it says there are  no new posts, when there really are, or logging on to the forum page, the new post icon's are not displaying new posts.

Sometimes, clicking view new posts, the page comes up with many new posts. After reading new posts in one topic, and clicking view new posts again, it shows no new posts with a blank page. This has also happened to me.

I tried searching for this problem but don't see anything recent. Is this due to the bugs the last few weeks or is there something further I can do.

I will suggest those options to the users. If it doesn't rectify the problem, I'll bring my post to the other link you provided.
