    Solved Can not backup my forum

    Please help to solve that my problem,

    I can not use tool from https://www.forumotion.com/utils/restore to backup my forum

    Hello tonetone,

    Was your forum newly created ? It looks like that this error is occurring on new forums from what I've tested.
