Can't change user permissions?

took a quick look for this.

I can't seem to access any of my forum user's permissions. keeps saying "technical error 500 will be fixed shortly"

it has been roughly 3 days. Did a search, nothing has come up here.

ANyone have any ideas? thanks

Could please explain when you exactly get the error maintenance, at least show us a screenshot of the button you click to have the error?

I think (but I am not sure) that the problem is coming from your forum structure. You've created a sub-forum for each user (So you have a lot of sub-forums). I am waiting for your answer before reporting the problem to our technicians

Hi. it's occurring in:

users and groups - (now pick any user) - Permissions - error occurs. I have people set up so that they can only see their forum, and no others. This wasn't an issue until tuesday and now it's awful

I'll try cleaning the browser cache. However, I used chrome and safari and error occurred on both.

I click on "permissons"
under "users and groups - pick a user - permissions.

Yes I do have a LOT of sub forums. one for each one of my clients.

hi everyone... This is still going on and it's literally killing my business lol.

can anyone figure out what I'm doing wrong and why I can't alter my user's permissions?

Have you tried using a different  Browser and seeing if this still happens ?

So that they could better analyze the problem, you should let us know the following:

1- The address of your forum;
2- Browser used including the version;
3- Operating System including the version;
4- What plugins are installed in the browser.

This is the minimum information to make possible a more detailed analysis of the problem!

sure thing. but the problem is... you can't see anything without permissions set. haha. I have clients on there, that when I sign them up, I set their permissions to see their forum, and then one other (labelled clients with other info)
so I think you see my predicament . WIthout me being able to access the permissions in the administrative panel, I'm screwed.
