Members unable to use "find members" option in MESSAGES

Hello,

Logged in as Admin on forum riidclub I am able to get the input box when using the Messages option to "find a username".  The entire page turns white and an input box is presented to enter the necessary usernames when this option is chosen.  However, when a member of the same forum does the same the screen turns white but no dropdown box appears.  Members are able to PM using the PM function.  Please advise.

What browsers are these members are using ? I cannot seem to recreate the issue described.

I had a member report this to me to day.  He was using IE 11.  I then tested it out on both IE 11 and Chrome 39.  Logged in as Admin I had no problem using both browsers.  Logged in as a regular member in IE I get a totally blank, white page.  In Chrome I get the icons in the scrolling bar and nothing else.
