Forum not fully loading

Sometimes I'm having the issue that the forum message editor is not loading or the "latest topics" scroller is not scrolling. This is a forumotion-wide issue and not bound to my forum only. Since it's happening right now I can show you a screenshot of how it looks like:



I can't even see any smilies or button to embed images.

Why does it happen and can you please fix it? Obviously this is a problem with the site and not me since something like this never happens on non-forumotion sites.

Now it's fixed again...
