hi. how can i make a "user panel" as widget? i want it to showing name, avatar and some fields such as reputation, messages etc.

You can do something like this with the following tutorials linked below!

As for adding an avatar with some info, there is a default widget in the widget management in your Administration Panel. It is named "Log In" but that is the widget to show the avatar & PM Count. The Control Panel tutorial linked above will show you how to add more links in a separate widget.
