    used a clone brush to grab the  colors from around the text  and i blended it in where the text was then i  duplicated the layer  deleted everything except where i covered the text then i added Gaussian blur duplicated the layer .. merged the two together ..lowed the transparency a tad bit then cleaned up the edges of the blur
