forum pages not loading

I started a new forum at http://socialhub.forumotion.co.uk/

however I am getting quite a lot of forum pages not loading and it just comes up with a white screen and not much else.

I did check the other day on here and found that some others have also reported the same issue and it is believed to be a server problem.

does any one know if they are looking at a fix for this problem?  seriously this is not good for a new forum and will totally kill mine if it carries on.

one thing all other websites I visit there are no issues with any loading web pages.

my feeling is that the servers are not prefetching or refreshing properly.

any information or fix would be helpful and no it is not my computer as I have different ones.

We will have to wait until Monday when @Buttercup returns.

I have managed to get a snap shot of what is happening which may help the tech team on here.

Your problem should now be fixed we had a little problem in the last 24hrs but it looks to be fixed now please try and let me know
