Help for find forum

hello all support forum members and staffs

i m again back in net world after 2 year

and i m again create a new forum on forumotion board

but my 5 - 6 email id alrady used with forums i have 5 - 6 forums but i dont know thats all

i dont know which forums i created bcoz i m not use net 2 years

can anyone help me how can i find my all forum by my email ids ??

and i also delete all emails in inbox
