As am I, the previous Founder has changed the email to my own, but I cannot log into anything or see any founder tabs in the ACP,

The founder account and your account will be two different things e.g. the founder account will always be the first account created on the forums.
He needs to change his email via the utilities and then give you his password in order for you to become the founder.

They have changed the email and gave me a password but so far, I don't think that it has helped

I do believe you need to change the password in the forum utilities as well, just because the founder changes his password on the FORUM it does not automatically reset the forum utilities password, you will need to change this password in case you ever run into troubles.

You may yell at me for responding in this thread Rad but I am just trying to help. If you read my post above yours you would see I stated that the Utilities password is actually SPERATE from the founder password, if you change your password on the Founder account of your forum it does NOT Automatically change the utilities password. You must change that manually.
And please make a new topic instead of replying to me.
