Can't access forum

Hello technical hosting, i want to change my address forum, but, i can't access my forum (erchima.forumid.net)
please help me, and please reset or deleted redirecting address on my forum. please please please

no no im not loss my password, but my forum can't access. you can try it to open my forum

You can click on this link >> Forums utilities  this will let you get in to your forum where you can then change your forum address or get your url of when you made the forum.

The forum was under construction: Administrative panel>> Forum>> Configuration>> Forum in construction


I turned the option to "no" so that you can access to your forum.

hello @buttercup on problem can't access its solved using access from forum until, and i make contruction. for other problem, i want to redirect my forum to TLD domain, and  only ask "Forumotion support DNS custom or no?"
