110 Ranks in Flash [ Moving Ranks ]

well I feel like theres no way to do this but it doesn't hurt to ask just incase there is a way,
but my forum consist of   8 elemental ranks and 2 Special Ranks
Fire, Ice, Electric, Earth, Shadow, Wind, Fear, Poison
Special ranks being... MAX and Fury
Which are all automatic from post count

And in each element are 11 levels
0-10 , Expect for the last 2 which are just 1
so I have in total 90 Ranks

And these ranks are Themed off the TLoS Series ( The Legend of Spyro )

Anyway what I want for these ranks in the future if possible , I want them to move 
Like in this video..

if you are asking for the ranks to be made you need to post in the right part of the forum
if you are asking if there is away to make this rank in your profile then you can only set 1 rank for each member but you can make ranks in your profiles

no im asking if anyone knows how to make the ranks move.. I have the ranks all set up already.. and I have the pics if anyone needs them if they want to try playing around with them
