Quite frankly Buttercup is insanely busy, while she does spend time on the support forum she has a lot of other duties to perform and therefore if she doesn't do something when asked its likely because she has other priorities and considering the fact that we don't permit username changes and instead you PM Buttercup and she will give you one.
